Located in the heart of the 6th arrondissement, Chai Saint Olive is Lyon's first urban winery !
The Chai Saint Olive is an atypical production site and event space. From the reception of freshly pressed grape juice (also called must) to bottling, including aging in oak barrels, stainless steel tanks or amphorae, all stages of winemaking are carried out there.

Le Chai Saint Olive is also a unique and atypical event venue dedicated to both corporate events: seminars, team-building, management committees, showrooms, parties, etc., and private events.
We also welcome individuals and companies for wine tastings, private tours, tasting workshops, hen/stag parties, training courses, etc.
The art of encounters and the passion for wine
More than a family and entrepreneurial adventure, Chai Saint Olive is a human adventure punctuated by chance encounters and long-standing relationships, including those of the winegrowers who are partners of the Chai.
Children of the land, in love with their vines and passionate about their profession, these winegrowers practice responsible viticulture that respects nature and people.
It is by following this philosophy that Franck & Grégoire selected the winegrowers of Chai Saint Olive in the Rhône Valley with Jeanne Gaillard, Yves Cuilleron, Ludovic and Emmanuel Courbis and Eric Rocher and in Beaujolais with Viviane Tournissoux, Christophe Subrin and Hubert Cinquin.

UNIQUE: LIMITED QUANTITY
This wine is a blend of 50% Marsanne vinified in 400L barrels for 10 months, 35% Viognier (20% vinified in 1000L amphora and 15% vinified in 228L barrels) and 15% Chardonnay vinified in 228L barrels.
It reveals aromas of plum, peach, blossom honey, aromatic herbs, and sweet spices. The palate is round and luscious, with notes of roasted peach. The finish is refreshing.
