This wine is a blend of 50% Marsanne vinified in 400L barrels for 10 months, 35% Viognier (20% vinified in 1000L amphora and 15% vinified in 228L barrels) and 15% Chardonnay vinified in 228L barrels.
It reveals aromas of plum, peach, blossom honey, aromatic herbs, and sweet spices. The palate is round and luscious, with notes of roasted peach. The finish is refreshing.

For our 5th anniversary, we wanted to break with tradition and produce an atypical and elegant wine. This cuvée is a blend of the three white grape varieties vinified in our cellar. Only 400 bottles and 36 magnums were produced.
