Summer rhymes with lightness and creativity at Chai Saint Olive! During our 3rd rosé evening, mixologist and bartender Monsieur Camille unveiled the Flower Rosé , a fresh and floral cocktail born from a partnership with ANIVIN DE FRANCE – Association Vin de France. A look back at the recipe and its benefits for your sunny afternoons.
Origins and Inspiration of Flower Rosé
Flower Rosé draws its spirit from the Flower Power of the 70s: a time of freedom, color and sharing. By choosing a rosé Vin de France , Monsieur Camille wanted to preserve the purity of the fruit while bringing a touch of modernity, while personalizing it in the Chai Saint Olive style:
• Gamay rosé : Beaujolais grape variety, harvested less than 80 km from the winery
• Tonic Water : brings a delicate bitterness and fine bubbles
• Hibiscus syrup : intense pink color, floral fragrance and light acidity
• Fresh raspberry : touch of color and fruity note as a finish
This simple and balanced alliance allows the lively character of Gamay rosé to be enhanced, for a result ultra-refreshing upon signature floral .
