Visit to the Saint Olive Winery : Immerse yourself in the world of Chai.
Tasting of 4 emblematic grape varieties : Chardonnay, Viognier, Gamay and Syrah.
Assembly workshop : create your own unique blend.

Tickets are exchangeable up to 72 hours before the session, but are non-refundable.

When does the assembly workshop take place?
Several sessions are held each week: Wednesday at 6:30 PM, Thursday at 6:00 PM, Saturday at 4:00 PM, and occasionally Monday at 6:30 PM and Sunday at 3:00 PM. Each workshop lasts two hours. The schedule is available at: https://www.weezevent.com/assemblez-votre-cuvee
Is the assembly workshop available for private hire?
Yes, the blending workshop can be booked privately for groups of 8 or more. Please contact Chai Saint Olive to schedule a date.
Is the assembly workshop conducted in English?
Yes, we offer sessions in English. Simply contact us and we'll arrange the visit together.
Is it possible to make several bottles during the assembly workshop?
Each participant leaves with their own blend, but it is possible to make several blends. The price of an additional bottle is €13 including VAT.
How to register with a gift voucher?
