Viognier, the emblematic grape variety of the Northern Rhône Valley, offers consistently distinctive and recognizable aromas. The wines are vinified and aged in 228-liter barrels on their lees with bâtonnage (lees stirring) for 10 months. They are then blended and bottled by gravity.
