The Viognier cuvée 812 is a smooth wine that expresses itself with aromas of apricots, peaches and white flowers.
Start of fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel vats to continue and finish in oak barrels.
Regular stirring to add texture to the wine.
Soil: Gneiss, quartz and silica.
Aged for approximately 11 months - Bottled by gravity.
A smooth and expressive Viognier with aromas of candied apricot, honey, and violet. On the palate, slightly woody notes complete this aromatic richness.
