Our Trabulle cuvée is a wine with fine, persistent bubbles and aromas of red fruit and citrus. On the palate, the effervescence is well-balanced. The finish is refreshingly crisp.

Alcoholic fermentation begins in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and the wine is then bottled by gravity during this same fermentation, which is completed in the bottle. Aging on lees lasts between 6 and 10 months in our natural cellar in the basement of the winery. At the end of the aging process, the bottles are turned upside down for natural clarification and then disgorged by hand.
