How does the wine tasting workshop at Chai Saint Olive work?
The workshop begins with a visit to the winery where the 480 vintage is vinified and aged . There, you will learn all about the genesis of the project, the concept of the winery and how it works.
The tour continues in the basement in the barrel cellar , where the oak barrels are stored, essential for aging over several months to improve the wines of the 812 vintage. A hushed and woody atmosphere.
The visit ends with a tasting of the wines produced at the winery and an introduction to its 4 grape varieties:

- Viognier
- The Gamay
- Syrah
Grape varieties whose grapes come from partner winegrowers located in Beaujolais and the Northern Rhône Valley.
